Being in a company that is working towards an IPO within the next 1-2 years I am spending a lot of time thinking about what is about to come.
I sincerely hope that our top management does not let themselves lure into the shortsightedness of “The dumbest idea in the world“.
How can we as employees influence our management to ensure that we do not adopt this dumb idea?
